TICKET CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Customers have the right to cancel bookings or exchange tickets at any time before the departure time of the booked trip.

The Exchange, Cancellation Policy applies as follows:  

- Changing tickets is completely free but must be reported before the departure time of the rescheduled trip by 2 hours. If not, customers will be allowed to travel on the next available trip or as arranged by the transport company.

- All transaction fees will not be refunded if you cancel the ticket.

- In case of a fare difference during the ticket exchange process, customers need to pay the additional amount or request the company to refund the difference (if any).

To cancel bookings or exchange tickets, customers can choose to apply one of the following methods:

–  Enter the ticket code and select “Cancel/Exchange Ticket”. If the booking has been paid, we will call you on the same day to arrange a refund method.
