TICKET CHECK POLICY

When you purchase tickets online, our company will send the ticket information including a QR code to customers via email. Passengers can check the information and if there are any questions, they can contact the Hotline: +84947701989 where our customer service department will assist you.

When passengers purchase tickets at the office, they can check the information displayed on the ticket on the spot. If support is needed, they can ask the staff at the ticket counter.
