TICKET CHECK POLICY

When you purchase tickets online, our company will send ticket information including a QR code to customers via email, passengers can check the information and if there are any questions, they can contact via Hotline: +84947701989 where customer care will support you.

When passengers buy tickets at the office, they can check the information displayed on the ticket on the spot. If support is needed, they can ask the staff at the ticket counter.
